6. Copyright Compliance

File Share respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to legitimate copyright infringement claims and may remove infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Account Termination

File Share is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Damages resulting from use of the service
  • Copyright violations by users
  • Unauthorized access to your account

9. Privacy

Your use of File Share is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this User Agreement by reference.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
